1 Terms & Conditions Acceptance

Welcome to gwin9. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and gwin9 ("Platform", "We") regarding the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by gwin9.

By registering as a member, accessing the gwin9.vin website, downloading the mobile app, or using any gwin9 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

3 Account Registration & Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. All this information is used for identity verification (KYC) and financial processing purposes.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Registering multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions is a serious violation of these terms. gwin9 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Gwin9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraud, or used the platform for illegal activities.

Members may also choose to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the gwin9 support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal after the applicable rollover requirements have been assessed.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated
• Members who choose to self-exclude may apply for a temporary or permanent account closure through customer support
